EXTRATOP ENDURO™ is an ultra-metallic dry-shake topping (DST) engineered for monolithic concrete floors, including anti-static systems. It comprises premium metallic aggregates, high-strength cement, pigments, and performance additives. When applied wet-on-wet to fresh concrete and mechanically trowelled, it forms a densified, sealed, marble-textured floor with superior resistance to abrasion, impact, oil ingress, and dusting — ideal for heavy-duty environments.

Application & System Guidelines
- Substrate requirements: Use fresh concrete C20/25+ with w/c ≤ 0.50, max cement 350 kg/m³, cement types CEM I/II/III, aggregate ≤ 16 mm, fine fraction ≥ 4%
- Broadcast method: Wait until concrete shows 3–4 mm foot impressions, broadcast 3.5 kg/m², trowel, broadcast another 3.5 kg/m², finalize with machine trowel
- Anti-static setup: Add steel fibers (≥ 20 kg/m³) and grounding tape in slab
- Curing: Immediately apply BAUSEAL® EKO or ENDURO sealer (1 L/8–12 m²) or NANOSEAL® lithium-polymer hardener
- Conditions: Ambient and substrate temperature between +5 °C and +30 °C; protect from rapid moisture loss
