BAUCORD™
Polyethylene joint cord
BAUCORD™ is a high-quality, flexible, closed-cell polyethylene foam rod designed to form and support expansion/control joints in concrete flooring. Integrated into the Bautech BAUFLEX joint sealing system, BAUCORD ensures sealant efficiency and longevity .

- Elastic recovery – allows movement without stress transfer to sealant

Application Guidelines

Select rod size approximately 25% larger than joint width.

Insert BAUCORD into the joint so it's recessed below the concrete surface, preventing three-sided adhesion.
Proceed with BAUFLEX primer and sealant application.
