How does the BRUKSEAL paving stone sealer work?
Renovation of old paving stones
The primary application of the BRUKSEAL product is the impregnation of paving stones and concrete products. The sealer penetrates the naturally absorbent stone, strengthening it internally while creating a protective surface layer. The color of the stone, faded over time due to weather conditions, is restored and intensified. The impregnated concrete paving regains its former glory and gains mechanical and hydrophobic resistance, making it resistant to dirt, weather conditions, and damage.
Protecting new paving stones
Using the product is also justified in the case of *newly laid paving stones, providing the freshly paved surface with long-lasting protection against dirt, stains, fading, and moss growth. This treatment also enhances the new stone's mechanical resistance.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: Impregnation of new paving stones is justified and recommended only if they have not been factory impregnated. In such a case, it is advisable to reapply the sealer with a specialized product in the 3rd or 4th season of use, after cleaning the stones if necessary.
