BAUTECH BAUPOX 200W™
Colored, two-component, water-based epoxy resin, solvent-free
BAUTECH BAUPOX 200W™ is a two-component, water-dilutable epoxy composition with a high level of pigmentation, standardly available in RAL 7040. It provides excellent coverage and deep substrate penetration, ensuring very strong adhesion. The cured layer is characterized by high resistance to mechanical loads, abrasion, and chemical exposure. The semi-matt finish combined with a vapor-permeable structure supports the natural release of residual moisture from the substrate. The product is intended for indoor use.
Available Colours
BAUTECH BAUPOX 200W resin is available in a wide range of colours, allowing the finish to be tailored to both aesthetic and functional requirements of the project.
In the standard version, it is available in two popular colours: RAL 7035 and RAL 7040:
The standard palette includes colours based on the RAL system, including commonly used greys, beiges and industrial tones. Custom colours are available on request.
Colours can be used as:
- uniform coloured coatings,
- base layers for decorative systems,
- markings for zones and traffic routes.
Note: The final colour appearance may vary depending on application conditions, substrate type and the flooring system used.

Features
- vapor-permeable structure allows moisture evaporation from concrete and reduces the risk of blistering and delamination,
- low-odor formulation ensures comfortable application in enclosed spaces,
- strengthens the concrete structure and eliminates dusting of worn or aged floors,
- deep penetration ensures strong bonding with the substrate,
- semi-matt finish improves aesthetics and reduces visibility of everyday wear and dirt,
- creates a tight barrier resistant to oils, greases, fuels, and common household chemicals,
- enables various finishes: smooth coating, decorative flakes system, or anti-slip variant with BAUTECH CERAMIC,
- as a thin-layer system, it faithfully replicates the structure of the substrate.
Application
- protection and sealing of mineral surfaces,
- creation of new coatings as well as renovation and refreshment of existing epoxy floors in garages, parking areas, warehouses, and halls with light to moderate pedestrian and vehicle traffic,
- protection of surfaces in technical rooms, boiler rooms, basements, and utility areas,
- execution of durable skirting and vertical/horizontal markings such as lines, storage zones, or parking numbers,
- for indoor use only.
