The Nowy Teatr International Cultural Center is headquartered in the historic MPO hall at ul. Madalińskiego 10/16 in Warsaw. The building, since 1927, used as a workshop hall for repairing city cleaning carts, has been restored. The design modernization and adaptation of the facility together with the adjacent infrastructure and administrative buildings for the needs of the implementation of the cultural and educational program was carried out by the design studio FOGO Architekci from Gdynia. The impressive interiors and highly trained side walls display the beautifully restored Wilander trusses and the elegant Bautech TERRAFLOOR® floor according to individual design in cobalt color with multi-colored quartz aggregate. The interior design assumed the use of terrazzo (terazzo) floor matched to the historic and industrial character of the interior.

Bautech TERRAFLOOR® ground and polished floor with visible "open" aggregate is available in two sizes of aggregate and many colors.

Floors in the facility were made by Polersystem Marcin Chibowski.
