"BAUCHEM" LICKIEWICZ SPÓŁKA JAWNA is implementing a project co-financed from European Funds

Project title: Advising on the optimization of business processes, provided by the Business Environment Institution for Bauchem Lickiewicz.

The project is implemented as part of Measure 3.1 - Improving the development of SMEs in Mazovia, Sub-measure 3.1.2 - SME development, Project type: Support for running and developing the business of enterprises - by providing vouchers for consulting of the Mazowieckie Regional Operational Program 2014-2020

Date of awarding the grant: October 19, 2017.

The aim of the project is to increase the company's competitiveness by purchasing specialist consultancy services provided by a specialized BEI in the field of pro-development services and implementation of innovations.

Acquiring consultancy services will allow ongoing analysis of BAUCHEM's marketing activities. Assumptions will be developed for the use of technologies for the automation of production and logistics processes. The measurable goal of the project will be to increase the economic efficiency of the enterprise by improving the management system, strategy and marketing tools. As a consequence, new, improved, innovative products will be introduced to the offer, which will increase the company's sales on the domestic market and abroad. Advisory services are based on a detailed plan for the implementation and automation of processes implemented under the above-mentioned quality and environment management systems. They were created based on the latest IT solutions of the BPM (Bussiness Portfoilo Management) and ERP (enterprise resource planning) classes - i.e. digital technologies.
