"BAUTECH" WOJCIECHOWSKI, LICKIEWICZ, SPÓŁKA JAWNA implements a project co-financed from European Funds.

Project title: Support for the purchase of specialized consultancy services in the field of business optimization optimized by the specialized Business Environment Institution for Bautech sp. Z o. O.

The project is implemented under Measure 3.1 - Improving the development of SMEs in Mazovia, Sub-measure 3.1.2 - SME development, Project type: Support for running and developing the business of enterprises - by providing vouchers for consulting of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Operational Program 2014-2020.

Date of awarding the grant: October 19, 2017.

The goal of the project is to obtain consultancy support, the end result of which will be to increase sales by introducing new, improved and innovative products.

The project will develop assumptions for the application of ICT ICT to automate the company's management processes, enabling the introduction of new products. As a result of project implementation, a detailed plan will be created for the implementation and automation of processes implemented under the abovementioned quality and environment management systems based on the latest IT solutions at least BPM (Bussiness Portfoilo Management) and digital technologies. A framework for marketing activities will be developed to reduce production seasonality.
