The project is implemented as part of Measure 3.1 - Improving the development of SMEs in Mazovia, Sub-measure 3.1.2 - SME development, Project type: Support for running and developing the business of enterprises - by providing vouchers for consulting of the Mazowieckie Regional Operational Program 2014-2020

The aim of the project is to increase the company's competitiveness by purchasing specialized consultancy services provided by a specialized BEI in the field of pro-development services as well as in the implementation of innovation.

The project will allow analyzing the activities of BAUTECH SPÓŁKA JAWNA in the field of marketing of the company, as well as developing assumptions for the implementation of technologies for automating production and logistics processes. Increasing the company's economic efficiency will be achieved thanks to the improvement of the management system, dedicated strategy and marketing tools. Consulting services will be carried out in accordance with a detailed plan for the implementation and automation of processes implemented as part of quality and environmental management systems, based on digital technologies and the latest IT solutions of the BPM (Bussiness Portfoilo Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) class. Audit gives the opportunity to introduce innovative products and thus improve sales results on the domestic and foreign markets.
